This has both maximised skill mods as the cooldown only effects you missing notes (skill issue get good!)


also has a 50% skill crit and a 4x DMG after taking into account the reactor (app doesnt apply values)


this is a fun build to play ijwant to XP grind while having a mini game to play instead of jumping up and down in a corner!!
