With the reactor it depends on whether you use your build for mobs or bosses. For bosses I go more for skill cooldown and skill costs, if you want to focus more on mobs you can go for skill duration and skill effect range.
If you get the reactor for mobs and get it with a golden effect range, for example, you can also replace the skill expansion with skill extension in the build.
With the annihilation auxiliary power I have max HP + MP recovery, Sensor: Consumables drop rate and max mp,
Memory: DEF and electric resistence and processor I got toxin resistance and max shield.
in my opionion max MP on Sensor and max HP on auxiliary power are the most important
