This build is a budget Blair build that only requires 1 catalyst to make!

with the cooldown at 102% when multitalented is proc'd you'll have infinite spammy goodness of your massive fireball fun!

Just for fun as I didn't want to invest too heavy into him before his ultimate comes out but is pretty good for what it is.

the last few slots left are for skill concentration, the 2 rare crit mods and battle of stamina for a fully invested build.

as his passive gives skill crit you don't need skill insight as 50-60% crit is achievable without it with 3 stoves.
