A reupload of my last build but this time with reactor, components and an explanation.
Use Duty and Sacrifice not just when your Teammates are about to die but also when they are even above 50% hp. Also make sure to use it around 12 or 13 seconds to keep up your passionate sponsor stacks for skillpower and gun damage.
I dont use any mods that increase heal, recovery or duration because they do to little for using up one slot. Instead I focus on skill power, cooldown, and cost.
The reason for no +heal or +recovery is that Duty and Sacrifice already reaches the heal cap of 83% of the targets max hp instantly followed by 5 ticks of 11% which will get the target to near full anway after one tick. Its also important to notice that you wont be only healing someone when they are near death but also when they are somewhat healthy so they will get to 100% easily.
Duration is also not really worth because the base duration is 5 sec so to get a notable effect you would need like +3 seconds which is 2 mod slots at least for duration alone with
no real benefit.
Cooldown is very good because you can get it down to 9.2 seconds and with the 5 ticks in mind is almost near permanent. So basically a full heal every 9.2 seconds followed by 55%
over five seconds.
Both focus mods alone will get you up to around 40K skill power and with passionate sponsor buff to around 60k. Skill power is 100% of your heal so 60K skill power means you can pretty much heal anyone full right now.
The reason for one cost mod is with gold mp regen in combat you will regen almost all mp spend with your main skill by the time your cooldown ends which makes it easily spammable and sustainable.
Non-attribute + Fusion is the best because Duty and Sacrifice is the focus.
The mount can be anything you want but I recommend The Enduring legacy or Gregs reversed fate (or any non heavy meta weapon). When it comes to substats cooldown is the best one. The second substat isnt as important so +fusion skill power or +heal is fine here but +heal is probably better because more skill power isnt needed and with +heal you can exceed the 83% heal cap.
The set as of release of this guide doesnt matter excpet the 4 piece slayer set is bad because the heal cap with skillpower is already reached so you will be just increasing your cost.
When it comes to substats the only must have is gold mp regen in combat. In terms of the others I would try to get every resistance plus either HP or Def. Max MP isnt really needed because you regenerate the cost right back but if you find yourself running out a lot +max mp is ok.
