This build is my team bossing build with the goal of keeping his 4th ability up at all times and keeping him alive while dealing a sizable amount of DMG (with the right gun).
using multitalented you can bring the cooldown on his 4th ability to a little over 9 seconds
how to play either proc your shield or fire one of his rockets then activate his 4th skill and it will receive the bonus 20% cooldown.
doing it this way frees up more mod space for defense or other mods to increase his survivability (all defense related slots are flexible).
once your shield goes to 0% you will have around 40K defense
if you don't need so much defense I suggest putting in something to reduce MP cost or up MP percentage.
the last slot is not catalyzed so you can switch out the elemental resistance mod depending on which boss your versing.
