This build focuses on maxing out damage over time (DOT) with Valby while also benefitting from the Supply Moisture transcendent module, your go to abilities are going to be 2 "Plop Plop" and 3 "Clean up" as your most used to apply DOT, if you need defense or want to have more mana on average you can sacrifice some of the damage by replacing "Front Lines" and placing "Spear and Shield/Increased DEF" or "MP Collector" instead, keep in mind that a good way to negate some incoming damage can be by utilizing your 3rd ability "Clean up" as it gives you 50% damage reduction (DR) while gliding.

Moving on to the reactor, there are multiple choices when it comes to Valby's reactor stats, while you may be looking for "Skill Crit Rate" and "Dimension Skill Power Boost Ratio" primarily, there are other options you can go for like "Skill Crit Damage" "Skill Cooldown" "Skill Effect Range" and "Non-Attribute Skill Power Boost Ratio" these can all be viable.

Last but not least, we have external components, once again you can have some options here with going with a 2-set Veteran or Decimator set (Auxiliary Power/Processor) because both have a 2 set bonus crit % and for your other 2 components you can use a 2 set Annihilation (Sensor/Memory) for the added benefit of duration which will allow your DOT apply for longer
