This Build is very straight forward, its focus is strictly on Valby utilizing her Supply Moisture transcendent module to it's max while keeping her ability to tank through the boss fight, you're meant to use her abilities to proc Supply Moisture and slay the boss.
For the reactor you have some options though you're looking for "Skill Crit Rate" and "Dimension Skill Power Boost Ratio" other choices can be "Skill Effect Range" "Skill Cooldown" "Skill Crit Damage" and "Non-Attribute Skill Power Boost Ratio".
