This is a build I have that is based off cooldown to consistently spam her Storm Snare.


Use her 1st Ability (Cryo Rounds) to debuff and activate -20.5% Cooldown from Multitalented achieving (88.7% cooldown)


This will make her Storm Snare be at 5.7s cooldown (50.0s base cooldown).


You can swap out Chill Specialist off for Focus on Chill to hit the max cap for cooldown (90%) but you will deal a lot less damage.
