The Purpose of this build is to max out as much MP as you can. Skill Power added to your teammates is equal to the amount MP you have. Exciting Sound MP x 3.5% = added skill power boost(22%-26%). The stage is MP x 7.5% = Skill power boost added(53%-61%) plus a static increase to crit rate and crit dmg
Arche Concrete can add up to another 30%+ MP and 60ish+ DEF with 30 stacks netting you about 810-820 MP(60%-61.5% Skill Power Boost to teammates) while you have an active stage.
Most times when the boss starts you hit around 750 MP(56.25% Skill Power Boost. To gain stacks, you must hit back and forth between your second and 3rd ability while people are in your circle. When the boss is ready, hit your 4th ability and shoot the notes at the boss to get the stage as fast as possible and let the stage Roar!
The Reason for making her so beefy is because with this build you cannot dodge or grapple as it resets the stacks of Arche Concrete but in trade, your maxing the most potential you can buff your teammates for with Luna, she does no damage in this build, instead makes her teammates hit like a truck.
Cooldown mods have no use as they only effect note failure cooldown.
Focus on Health components with health and mp recovery and sensor with max MP for the most bang for your buck.
You can trade out max shields for Pain Reliever. But I have sat and took the brought of damage from Pryo and only took min damage.
Hopefully they add a edit button if I find something else that can increase MP even further. or a better setup for health.
