- Skill Cooldown: -81.7%(0.817x)
- Fire Skill Power: 111.9%(1.119x)
- Base Skill Power Boost: 9.8%(0.098x)
- Dimension Skill Modifier: 88.2%(0.882)
- Skill Power Modifier: 30%(0.3x) after 10 kills with debuffs applied
Using the Decimator Mod.
- For those of you who don't know, Burn status is considered a debuff.
- Killing enemies with Burn status activates the Decimator Mod.
- Originally, the Decimator Mod is set to 50% increase when you've killed at least 10 enemies.
- Maximize Range has a -20.00% to Skill Power Modifier
- Blair's skill power modifier after 10 kills with Burn Status, will be reduced to 30%.
- Essentially, each individual enemy you kill is a 3%(0.03x) increase to your Skill Power Modifier.
- 3%(10x) = 30%
Blair isn't Freyna, and will never be. However, he is up there in the higher Tiers, he just needs a bit tweaking to work better.
