This build is designed to hot-swap elemental damage and to not rely on weak point damage beyond its base damage. Concentration Stabilizer is present to serve as a Critical Damage bonus that can be fit into the build.
If desired, you can catalyst the elemental slot and throw something else in the place of Concentration Stabilizer. But it is up to the user. It's designed to hot-swap the elemental typing to get the most use out of the target's weakest elemental resistance.
This build is also designed for when you cannot reliably hit weak points. An example of this being Executioner-type enemies where their weak points are in awkward spots that are difficult to hit after breaking them. Simply point at the target at a comfortable range, and hit the target.
