This build is to be used with Gley's infinite ammo. It lowers recoil and reload speed but both don't matter to Gley. It is great for fodder and bosses. It focuses on pure damage rather than CHR but benefits from the CHD. The DPS shown does not consider the fact that you don't have to worry about reloading so the true DPS is higher.
